  • Burpee

For 2 cycles:
AMRAP in 2 mins of:

  • 5 Push-up (hand release)s
  • 10 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 53/35 lbs
  • 20 Jump Rope (Singles)s

Rest 2 mins between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
