- Back Squat 1×5 at 70% 1RM
- Back Squat 1×5 at 75% 1RM
- Back Squat 1×3 at 85% 1RM
- Back Squat 1×3 at 85% 1RM
- Back Squat 1×3 at 85% 1RM
Rest as needed between sets.
As many reps in 10 mins as you can of:
- 2 Power Cleans, 115/85 lbs
- 2 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
10 min AMRAP Ladder. Increase 2 reps after each set (2,4,6,8,10…) for 10 minutes for total rep count.
