  • Tabata Tabata Jump Rope

The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed
by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the total distance performed in all of the intervals.

WOD:2 rounds for time of:

  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 25 Burpees
  • 30 Kettlebell Swings
  • 35 AbMat Sit-ups
