Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

  • 5 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
  • 10 Goblet Squats, 53/35 lbs
  • 15 AbMat Sit-ups
