  • Jerk 1-1-1-1-1, using heaviest weight per set

For 2 cycles:

AMRAP in 4 mins of:

  • 7 Handstand Push-ups
  • 7 Pull-ups 7 AbMat Sit-ups
  • 7 Air Squats
  • Rest 1 min between each cycle.

 

For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
