Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

  • Run, 400 m
  • 20 Power Cleans, 95/65 lbs
  • 30 Burpees
  • 40 Walking Lunges
  • 50 Double Unders
